As lockdown lifts and we begin to get into the swing of our ‘new normal’. Many will be looking forward to returning to the Nation’s Favourite Coffee shop*, Costa Coffee for their favourite barista-crafted coffee.
As it celebrates the re-opening of 2,000+ of its UK stores from the end of July. Costa Coffee will welcome back customers with something a little special from Monday 6th July.
FREE drink when you register with the Costa Coffee Club mobile app
…A FREE perfectly handcrafted drink of their choice when they register with the Costa Coffee Club mobile app. The offer is available to both current Costa Coffee Club members and to newly registered users. Both will receive 300 points, the equivalent of £3, which they can spend on a drink of their choice in any participating Costa Coffee store across the UK from Monday 6th July, valid for 12 months from activation.

Your expert Costa Coffee barista will welcome you back with the order you’ve been missing the most. It’s no wonder that coffee lovers are thrilled to have their local stores re-opening for their much-anticipated caffeine fix.
300 bonus points can be redeemed against a food item to the value of £3
Don’t fancy a drink? No problem! The 300 bonus points can be used on any food item to the value of £3. Including a delicious flaky all-butter croissant, best-selling Millionaire’s Shortbread or even a British Smoked Bacon Bap.

With 2,000+ Costa Coffee stores reopening across the country from the end of July. All you need to do is claim the offer via the Costa Coffee Club mobile app.
Register with the Costa Coffee mobile app to receive 300 bonus points
From Monday 6th to Friday 31st July 2020 (inclusive). Any NEW customer who downloads and registers with the Costa Coffee mobile app will receive 300 bonus points instantly (equivalent to £3) to spend in a Costa Coffee store or Costa Coffee drive-thru in the UK. Any Coffee Club card customers just need to download the app and log in with their existing registered username and password.
Those already registered with the Costa Coffee mobile app will also receive a special thank you. 300 bonus points will be automatically added to their current points total by the 6th July.
This is a Costa Coffee Club mobile app only offer. Customers must have the app to log-in or must download and register. Anyone aged 16+ can take part in the promotion.
Costa Coffee Club app users have 12 months to spend the additional 300 points.

How can I enjoy my free drink?
New customers can download the Coffee Club app in order to register. Once you’ve followed the quick registration process, 300 points will be automatically added to your account. Current Coffee Club app members will automatically receive 300 points in their account from Monday 6th July – simple!
The perks of the Coffee Club app don’t end there. While collecting points means more treats. You’ll also be able to get VIP treatment and jump the coffee queue by using the mobile ordering service via the app**.
Keeping you safe
Customers visiting their local Costa Coffee stores will see that each store has been equipped with protective equipment, hand sanitiser stations are in place and all stores are currently operating with contactless only payment.
Both inside and outside stores. Floor signs have been carefully placed to adhere to social distancing guidelines. High-quality Perspex screens have been installed at all counters at takeaway stores. With designated pick-up points for delivery and mobile order collections.
With all drive-thru lanes now open across drive-thru sites. Bespoke one of a kind serving hatches have been designed for Costa Coffee to ensure customers can collect their order with no contact. These cleverly designed hatches, which lower items from the service hatch down to customer’s vehicles, have a built-in acrylic hygiene screen to provide maximum protection for both customers and Costa Coffee team members. These hatches have proved so successful within drive-thru stores. Costa Coffee will be looking to trial these external hatches within its Argyll Street store in London.
