After two successive sell out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and multiple 5star reviews, award wins and nominations. Terry Alderton is back in London for the first time in a very long time!  This show, that comes to Leicester Square Theatre on 8th & 9th February, is entitled Terry Alderton & Friends and tells the story of his unconventional life so far. It covers his early career as a professional footballer, his time as a host on BBC1 Saturday night, his Perrier award nomination, his time in theCIA, the fight over a parking space with Prince Charles, the loss of his imaginary friend Bogey and his complete mental breakdown.  Written by Terry with music by Grammy nominee Owen Parker (who has recently worked with the Pet Shop Boys, Robbie Williams, Girls Aloud and Simple Minds) the show promises to be a thrilling and unsettling insight into the mind of a comic genius set to some unforgettable and life-affirming music.

“This is a beautifully put together and brilliantly directed show which races along with excitement. Alderton’s full throttle explosive male energy is brilliantly contained by the nonsensical and unmistakable silliness”

Dave’s One Night Stand

Terry blends reality and fantasy seamlessly, and plays every band and choir member himself.  There will be songs, jokes and impressions as Terry relives some career highs and lows.  However, all will not be as it seems, as anyone who has experienced Terry live before will know.

“…his best show yet…”  CHORTLE ****
